Started on the decks.

Constructed from 1/4 inch Birch Plywood, they will cover the nasty looking joints at the stems. Cut to fit with slot for painter. Painter will go through slot and tied to the 1" oak dowel, clamp and glue in place |

Flipped her over again and stated painting! Used Val spar "Severe Weather" exterior latex. Color is called "Promised Land", looked a lot darker at Lowes! May get another quart and try again; wanted a darker green... Inside will be a medium gray (close to the background of these pages) with ribs, gunwales, inwhales and decks bright. |
Four coats, masking
tape removed and Clamps swapped for the
"Circular Lightning Rods" (Thanks Jack!) clamping the decks.
