Hi John,

It was a great learning experience.  It rows very well - better than my Seafarer dinghy I had as a kid.  I'll let you know how it sails once I get the mast and rigging finished.

Things I learned during this whole boat building process.

1) Measure twice and cut once.
2) Make sure when you do measure you look at the correct mark on the ruler.
3) Remember you are building a boat and not doing a moon launch.
4) There are very few mistakes that aren't fixable with some epoxy paste and fiberglass.
5) Always have plenty of scrap on hand to practice with - if not you'll make plenty.
6) Remember to pay attention to your wife during this whole process.

Hope you find these amusing,

Take Care,
Rich
